Minimum clear space of 20' wide X 15" deep with at least 10 feet of ceiling height
Hard Space Only
No grass, dirt, sand, turf, brick pavers, decorative stone, gravel, or uneven or heavily cracked pavement.
Access to 110V Dedicated Power Outlet
Dedicated high speed internet connection required.
Guest or public Wi Fi is not acceptable.
Clear, step free path and drive up access within 100 feet of the setup location*
* All equipment must be rolled directly to the setup location.
Stairs, steps, curbs, ramps, and level changes are not permitted
due to equipment weight and safety requirements.

Some venues and convention centers require service entrances, freight elevators, escorts, labor handling, staging delays, or mandatory breaks. Any delays or interruptions caused by venue policies, union rules, security procedures, or access restrictions are not under our control and may result in additional production labor charges.
